Cancellation and Refunds Policy

PayUbiz make sure that they transfer the payment into our online store’s bank account once they get a confirmation from you (customer). This is why it is important that you register with PayUbiz and with Us. Once you are registered with PayUbiz, you will have your own dashboard where you can check the transactions made by you and their status as well. Also, you have access to the “Release Payment” button. Once you have received your order, you can click on this button to intimate PayUbiz to release the payment to our store. This way your money is safe with us until you get the stuff ordered by you. If you not received the items within 30 days, your payment is safe and secure with PayUbiz, and you raise a dispute and within 5 to 10 days PayUbiz refund you the full purchase amount. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by Phone, we’ll solve immediately, else you can proceed further to refund policy as mentioned below:

1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You may request a return within 30 days of the receipt of the product.
2. Deliveries to Tamil Nadu State take on average 1 to 3 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other States may take longer as average 10 to 20 days. To increase shipping security, You should ask a delivery receipt from the delivery company and double check the parcel is parceled. If the product has still not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase in full.

How To Return An Item

Return Exceptions

No items cannot be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at hitonpay.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 7working days. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Return duration is 10 days Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
3. Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
4. Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Restocking Fee and Refund:

There are no restocking fees. But, we also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Exchanges

You can exchange the items as you wish equal to the amount you purchased, additionally you should pay the shipping and handling charges.
